Michael Semanie
Michael A. Semanie is the founder and President of Semanie Law, PLLC. In his legal practice at Semanie Law, Michael represents businesses in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
After studying economics and psychology as an undergraduate in college, Michael went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, and he regularly utilizes that business knowledge in providing legal guidance to his business clients. Michael spent the early part of his career as the corporate marketing director for a manufacturer of high-performance powerboats.
Years later, Mike would trade in powerboat races and poker runs for court appearances and deal documents, launching his “second career” in the practice of law.

Reanna Hardock
Reanna Hardock is an Associate Attorney at Semanie Law PLLC, where she focuses on business litigation, commercial disputes, contracts, and outside general counsel services. She works closely with business owners to provide practical legal guidance that supports their goals and long-term success.
Reanna earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in 2024 and gained experience across family law, civil litigation, and business litigation through multiple clerkships. She later practiced personal injury law, handling pre-litigation matters and supporting litigation cases throughout the dispute resolution process.
Drawing on her diverse legal background, Reanna helps clients resolve disputes, manage risk, and make strategic decisions that strengthen and grow their businesses.

Joseph Greco
Joseph Greco is a business attorney and commercial litigator who advises companies, entrepreneurs, property owners, and investors on complex legal and business matters. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, business disputes, contracts, real estate conflicts, regulatory compliance, risk management, and bankruptcy-related issues.
With both legal and accounting credentials—including a Juris Doctor, Master of Accounting, and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida, as well as prior CPA licensure—Joseph brings a unique financial perspective to legal strategy, business operations, and dispute resolution.
Before joining Semanie Law, Joseph operated his own law practice and previously worked with Carlton Fields and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is dedicated to helping clients manage risk, resolve disputes efficiently, and make informed business decisions.
